I Don't Believe God Wrote the Bible by Gerald Freeman
I Don't Believe God Wrote the Bible
Gerald Freeman has done it again. I Don't Believe God Wrote The Bible is an excellent read. This is the 2nd memoir Freeman has written, this time covering his time starting in England, then traveling through France. He frankly discusses his drug use, how he went about getting them, as well as how he chose to become clean. The title may come off as offensive to some, but in truth, it does not come across that way once you read the book. Freeman seems to be at ease discussing his journey to finding himself and finding not only his true self, but in finding spirituality in his relationship with a higher being.
I enjoyed Kill Daddy, but I am finding that I enjoyed I Don't Believe God Wrote the Bible better.
***I received a pdf of this book from the author in exchange for a fair review.***
